Access Requests
Name + email convention activeUse the person’s submitted display name for the admin UI and approval context. Use the normalized lowercase email only for Cloudflare Access allow-list changes.
Direct Access
Not loadedCloudflare Access stores allow-list entries by email. Direct entries will display as email-only unless there is a matching access request with a submitted display name.

Load the access list to view current entries.
Send Custom Email
Admin onlySend a one-off email from the configured DSC Ops Dashboard email address. Use display name for the recipient name and lowercase email for delivery.
